Method for preparing the insulation panel for industry

Abstract

An industrial insulation panel manufacturing method is provided to prevent an insulation panel from being broken by strong impact by using an alkali resistant glass fiber net as a stiffener, harmless sepiolite as a filler, and cement as a binder. An industrial insulation panel manufacturing method comprises the steps of: dry-mixing sepiolite filaments and cement at the weight percent of 25~50:50~75; adding 300~500wt.% of water to 100wt.% of the mixture and then wet-mixing the water and the mixture; installing a net on the bottom of a mold, filtering the mixture in the thickness of 5~10mm, laying an alkali resistant glass fiber net coated with alkali resistant polymer produced by mixing ethylenevinyl acetate and melamine, on a glass fiber net of 20~40 meshes, and spreading the mixture again in the thickness of 5~10mm, wherein the alkali resistant glass fiber net is produced by weaving E-glass fibers including warps and wefts with the same denier; and pressing and molding a laminate, separating the mold, and then curing the laminate.
본 발명은 산업용 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 아크성과 기계적 강도가 우수한 절연성 단열재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 판상으로 제조되고 있는 절연성 단열재나 일반 단열재 및 콘크리트 구조물에 내 알카리성 유리섬유 망을 보강제로 하고, 인체에 유해성이 없는 해포석를 충전재로 하며, 시멘트를 결합제로 한 산업용 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
